Coronavirus – COVID 19 – Customer Update

Please be understanding with us in these difficult times. We are working hard to ensure your deliveries, however, there may be some delays. In particular we have put in measures to ensure both your and our driver’s safety. 

Please be advised

  • Delivery schedules may now be up to 2 – 4 days and we ask that you do not make ANY physical contact with our driver;
  • Goods will be placed by the front door areas (unless specified otherwise ) and  gas will be delivered and connected as per normal requirements;
  • The delivery note will be posted through your door – under no circumstances will our driver enter your home; and
  • Delivery of Gas Bottles – especially central heating gas for our older customers – is our priority.

At our Yard and HQ – From Monday 23rd March customers will no longer be allowed to enter our offices under any circumstance. However, you will still be able to arrange a collection and prepay. Please just call ahead and we will have your goods ready and waiting for your arrival. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide help with loading. 

We have also suspended all viewings for railway sleepers and the yard is a no go area for our customers. This is to allow us to keep stocks moving in and out of yard areas to meet priority deliveries. 

Be assured – we do value and appreciate your business and we will do our very best to answer all calls. If if the voicemail is on please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.
